When you provide content for use in our services, you warrant that:

  • The content does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
  • The content is accurate and not misleading
  • The content complies with all applicable laws and regulations

2.2 Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to refuse work involving content that is:

  • Illegal, harmful, or promotes illegal activities
  • Defamatory, libelous, or fraudulent

  • Violates privacy or publicity rights
  • Promotes violence or illegal drugs

3. Communication Policy

3.1 Response Times

We strive to respond to all inquiries within:

  • Email: 1-2 business days
  • Support Tickets: 24 hours
  • Emergency Issues: Same day during business hours

3.2 Business Hours

Our standard business hours follow East African Time (EAT), Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Emergency support may be available outside these hours for active clients with service level agreements.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

4.1 Service Cancellation

Clients may cancel services under the following terms:

  • Monthly Services: 30 days written notice required
  • Project-Based Work: Subject to contract terms and work completed
  • Final Invoice: Due for all work performed up to cancellation date

4.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis:

  • No refunds for completed work or services already delivered
  • Partial refunds may be issued for unperformed work if service is cancelled early
  • Setup fees and deposits are non-refundable
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days

5. Data Retention Policy

We retain client data according to the following schedule:

  • Active Projects: For the duration of the project plus 90 days
  • Completed Projects: Up to 1 year after project completion
  • Financial Records: 7 years for tax and legal compliance
  • Marketing Data: Until you opt out or request deletion

6. Quality Assurance

  • All deliverables undergo internal review before submission

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, wars, pandemics, government actions, internet outages, third-party service failures, or other unforeseeable events.
