9. Termination

Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:

• With 30 days' written notice for monthly services
• Immediately for material breach of these terms
• Immediately if payment is more than 30 days overdue

Upon termination, you remain responsible for all fees incurred prior to termination.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chaka Digital from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
